With an increasing number of risks, and the unpredictability of crisis scenarios, training has become essential.

It is necessary to learn the basics of crisis prevention, useful reflexes and how a crisis committee works.

For approximately ten years Arjuna's consultants have been developing and conducting training sessions and exercises to:

• train teams how to manage a foreseeable crisis situation,

• test existing procedures, tools and premises,

• help teams develop the reflexes that will allow them to confront any crisis situations, and to manage the unexpected.
